• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). adda1 enforces strict age verification procedures and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of adda1 complies with applicable local laws.
• You must register with accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of adda1 or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close relative of such a person.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one account with adda1. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same household, same device, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

KYC & Identity Verification

adda1 is committed to maintaining a safe and secure platform. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request identity documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID (NID), passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. adda1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

adda1 supports a range of payment methods optimised for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the deposit or withdrawal page at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your adda1 account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to payment gateway processing times. adda1 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by adda1 unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are non-transferable, non-withdrawable in isolation, and cannot be exchanged for cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• adda1 applies a standard wagering requirement (rollover) on all welcome bonuses. The specific rollover multiplier will be displayed clearly within the promotion details.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited with no right of appeal.
• adda1 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or cancel any bonus at its discretion if it suspects abuse, fraud, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

5. Responsible Gaming

• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping, coordinating bets, or sharing cards in card game formats.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent any security measure, game outcome system, or payment processing mechanism employed by adda1.

7. Intellectual Property

In no event shall adda1, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including losses from game outcomes, technical failures, or payment delays. adda1's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. adda1 does not recognise the jurisdiction of any court proceedings initiated without prior written notice and a good-faith attempt at resolution.
